The whole experience of having my car repaired was a best class service. From the time and manner of collection of the vehicle through the weekly texted updates on progress, to the responsiveness of the staff and the fact that on the return of the vehicle to my home, the driver was able to brief me as to what the repair comprised in some detail. Very lastly and importantly on return the vehicle looked and drove as new. A first class team performance by all of Frasers staff.
